Each year during the last full week in October, the WVSOP conducts a special and public lectureship. On October 22–26, our theme for 2023 will be, “When I Study the Psalms…” (Vol. V) Elevating My Lord. This year’s lectureship will begin with Brother Billy Smith holding the Bible Study Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. and will conclude on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. with Brother Tom Wacaster. We are blessed to have many speakers from the surrounding area that have each given of their time to come and speak for an hour on a topic provided to them each …and all from the Psalms. The West Virginia School of Preaching produces each year a book of the lectures for the reading public. Ads for lectureship books currently in print can be found in each issue of Publishing Peace.
